New Jersey Chinese Children Theater

Welcome to the NJCCT Website

The New Jersey Chinese Children Theater was founded on January 1, 2002 by Ms. Jen Liu and a group of people  who love children's theater.  The primary themes of its stage production and special programs are chosen from Chinese Folklore and modern life experience, particularly with overseas Chinese Children's daily live experience. The programs are usually coordinated with music and dance.  We hope that these stage productions can enhance our children's "listening" and "speaking" skills, and at the same time,  the stories will arouse their interest toward Chinese cultural.

Our shows are produced and performed by students from various New Jersey weekend Chinese language schools.  Although we are new at this, we are dedicated and we will accept any challenges.  NJCCT is a nonprofit organization. We try very hard to educate in an artistic way and day to day inspiration to our kids to appreciate Chinese culture and traditional virtue such as respect and good behavior.  We hope by doing so, we can guide them toward a brighter  future and a happy and healthy childhood.
