Tsunami Relief

As you have all heard, the Tsunami that took place in the Indian Ocean this past Christmas has devastated hundreds of thousands of families and several countries. I think, as fortunate Asian Americans, we should feel a responsibility to do all we can to help those in need.

Up through January 31, there is going to be a donation drive. Please encourage your parents or friends to contribute. If you are an officer of your CACA school please spread the word. I know all the CACA schools will be accepting donations, and I am accepting donations as the Teen Club coordinator. All the money will be collected by CACA in the end and will be given to the Red Cross or the Tsu-Gi association. Please make the checks payable either to CACA or CACA-[your schools name]. And of course, not just money will be collected, any other necessities such as clothing will also be very very much appreciated. If you are not a current member of any of the CACA schools, you can mail me the check, and ill mail back a donation receipt.
